McKenzie Friends: I wanted to make this website, simple and easy to navigate, entering the court system can be complicated enough as it is!
So who am I? In a nutshell……
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, whose members are independently regulated by CILEX regulations. I am also an associate Paralegal and a member of the Institute of Paralegals and therefore bound by the rules and constitution of the Institute. I have a CILEX Law and Family Law qualification.
My first experience in the family courts was through my own divorce proceedings 10 years ago. After 6/7 hearings using high end lawyers I decided I’d rather save what funds I had left for myself and my children, and continue the unnecessary fight representing myself. Nobody won, and the only losers are the children.
Since then I have been involved in hundreds of cases of divorce, finances and children, in private and public law cases, helping clients deal with whatever they feel they can’t cope with on their own. From preparing bundles, organising paperwork, and drafting statements to filling in application forms, Form E’s and attending court hearings, I have over 9 years of experience and am very good at keeping my clients calm and focused throughout the whole process.
I will travel and am local to Hertfordshire and the Home Counties.
